Adah's Green Bean & Potato Casserole
4 cans/cups green beans
2 large baker potatoes
2 cans cheddar cheese or mushroom soup
1 large can French's fried onions

Mix all but 1/4 of the onions in a 9x12 pan or large casserole dish. Cook at 350F until hot clear through and potatoes and green beans are soft, stirring occasionally. After they have cooked 45-60 minutes, stir, put remaining onions on top and put back in oven to brown the top. Remove. Serve hot. Delicious as a leftover! Makes 12-16 servings. (Divide ingredients in half to make 6-8 servings.)
